Do you Qualify for LHC Services?
Drop-In Clinic
In order to get legal information, summary advice or a referral at a Drop-In Clinic you must:
- Not qualify for Legal Aid. Learn about Legal Aid’s criteria and Agreement to Pay Program.
- Not already have a lawyer helping you with your legal matter
- Lawyers must avoid helping both sides of a disagreement. We will complete a conflict check to ensure that we have not already helped another person involved in your matter. If a conflict exists, we cannot help you. However, we will do our best to refer you somewhere else.
- Meet our Financial Eligibility Guideline – as part of the client intake form, you will be required to sign a declaration stating the number of people in your family unit and the total annual income all people in your family.
